A half-van load from a ground-floor flat costs less than the same load from a fourth floor with no lift. Mattresses, sofas and fridges have their own disposal costs, so they are added on top. You see every part of the price before you book, and we confirm it before we collect.

Can the price change on the day?
Only if the load or the access is different from what you told us, for example more items or no lift. We tell you before we load, and you can say no.
Can you collect the same day?
Sometimes. If we have a slot, a same-day request adds £30. Call or WhatsApp early in the day for the best chance.
Do you collect from flats?
Yes. If there is no lift, each flight of stairs adds £18. If there is a lift we can use, there is no stairs charge.
Where will you park?
As close to your door as we can. If the van has to park more than 15 metres away, a carry charge applies. In permit areas, a visitor permit from you helps.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance is paid on completion, by card or bank transfer.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are an upper-tier registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency, licence [WASTE_CARRIER_NUMBER]. You can check it on the public register.
